Today:

Woke up at 8.45am, slacked, before leaving house at 9.30am. Reached Daphne's house at 9.50am-ish. Divya, QianYu, Lesley and NgXin reached soon after. Wait, NgXin arrived earlier than me, and Daphne and her started doing Math and they completed 2 questions in 45min. Haha fail.

Started on the cookies first. Failed terribly. The cookies didn't rise upwards, instead, they rose side-wards. Or maybe it's just gravity. But whatever. They turned out looking like super-flattened pancakes. Sigh, hell loads of ingredients gone to waste. Plus there was a whole huge mixing bowl filled with cookie mix which we threw away in the end. And omg, I just realised how sinful cookies are, it's like 70% butter and sugar, and 30% flour and cocoa powder. Ew.

Aborted the cookies idea, so we immediately started on the brownies. Thank God for instant brownie mix! (: Yay Betty Crocker (and Hershey Chocolate) I love you. We baked approximately 150 brownies, with 8 packets of Betty Crocker Brownie mix. 2 with walnuts, and 6 without. And haha we're selling each brownie at $2, which means that altogether it'll be $300. Hahah lol rip-offs, to think that we bought the 8 packets for only $47.60. Anyway, must come buy okay! Our booth's in front of Siew May Audi. Very convenient (: Heh we'll be selling fries, ribena, brownies and (hopefully) cookies.

Heh okay enough of the advertising. Watched this movie, St. Trinians I think, while we were waiting for the brownies to be fully baked. Hah it was quite funnehhh lah. Once all the 8 packets of brownies were done, we packed them into containers, and heh stole a few of them (mostly screwed ones) to eat. Omg they were delicious lah.

Left Daphne's house for Bedok Inter. with NgXin to buy 8 more packets of brownies mix 'cause Crystal's group can't find them. Sigh, I hope the whole thing will work, especially the cookies cause Crystal's group and ours were failures. Gwen's group, not so sure yet since they're starting the baking on Thursday. Hmm, Daphne and NgXin's coming over to my house tmr to bake. I hope everything will turn out alright. I doubt we'll be able to hit the target of 450. Sigh.
