Gah this whole funfair thingy has been one hell of a mess. I'm not even sure if the effort spent was worth it. Meh why couldn't we have come up with something like games or just easy stuff instead of baking. And each item has to be catered to 450 people. Which means that for ours, it's 4 x 450 = 1800 servings. (Fries, Ribena, Cookies, Brownies). Wth. Please please please I hope tomorrow won't be a failure.

So yesterday. I shall skip the lessons part, too lazy.

QianYu, Divya, Daphne and NgXin came over to my house. We left school at approximately 1.35pm and reached my house at 3.15pm all because of a bloody stupid jam caused by the bloody stupid rain. So yeah, loads of time was wasted on the travelling part alone.

Immediately started on the baking of the brownies. God my oven has some freaking problem lah. Especially on the heat concentration part. So in the end, most of the brownies turned out crispy (perhaps way too crispy) on the top and gooey (uncooked or unbaked whatever) at the bottom. But yeah it firms up when refrigerated. But still, sigh, I think this batch's ones are failures.

So while waiting for the first batch to bake finish, we ate out lunch - spaghetti that we cooked during Home Econs, lol. It was kinda nice. But gah my whole apron's splattered with spaghetti sauce. Don't ask how it got there. And plus, we have to wear our aprons tomorrow, how the heck am I gonna wear my spaghettisauce-splattered one. Gah.

Anyway, after approximately 2-3 batches were done at about 6.45pm, Divya, QianYu and NgXin had to leave. Sent them to the bus stop before coming back with Daphne. Continued baking. It was quite a disaster honestly. Somehow the brownies didn't turn out well. As in it's edible and kinda nice, but it just looks screwed. Tell me how we're gonna sell them like that. The previous batch (Daphne's house) was okay. Gah it's definitely something to do with my oven.

My mum ordered pizza for dinner. We ate them while baking and stuff. While waiting for the last two batches to come out of the oven, Daphne and I cleaned up the kitchen. Omg hell. It was like super messy with hell loads of chocolate-stained bowls, containers and equipment. And the whole floor, table and table top were filled with splattered of chocolate. Washing up was hell. Especially the shitload of dishes that we had to wash. Tyvm Daphne for helping out! If not I would definitely drop dead due to fatigue.

Last batch came out of the oven at 8.55pm. By then, Daphne and I were super duper tired. I could have just slept in the kitchen really. Packed up all the brownies, approx. 150 pieces, idk? Daphne left at 9.15pm. After that, I just went to shower and slept immediately. Even though I was supposed to do Math and CME.

Today. Red and White day. Basically, even nos. turn up in a white shirt and odd nos. turn up in red shirts. Heh, I was an even no., so I just wore PE shirt. That's just about what everyone did.

Math: Erh, oh I didn't do Math hw. Loads of people didn't actually. So we just said that we didn't know it was due today. Hmm I forgot what we did. Ooh anyway, got back Math Blocks yesterday ( as in 11/o8). Scored 54/60. Okay bah, quite happy I guess, at least it's an A1. But people like Nicole and WeiWen scored 60 and 59 respectively. I feel dumb already.

Geog: Got back Geog blocks. Scored 22.5/25. Happy too lah, considering that I went to Orchard (313 I think) the day before the blocks and studied quite little for it. Actually, mostly was last minute revision in the morning before blocks started. Heh, told ya it works. Still, people in 102 and 103 scored full marks. God.

Recess: Erh nothing much.

Safety Talk: Heh. This police chief person came to give us a talk on safety for tmr's funfair cum YOG celebration/torch relay thingy. Ooh which reminds me, tmr's Friday the 13th, on the 7th Month. Ooh. Not that I actually care since I'm not superstitious. But still, kinda cool right. And oooh, should try the haunted house tmr. Heh even cooler. Okay not the point. So anyway, we were told on how to prevent crimes such as theft and outrage of modesty aka molest, etc, for tmr. And ooh terrorism. But honestly terrorism?! Okay anyway, the outrage of modesty part was the funniest. The police chief, she's a woman btw, started doing all the pedo actions and stuff. Heh lol. Left halfway cause QianYu, Daphne, NgXin, Divya and I had to go for the YOG rehearsal.

YOG rehearsal: Basically we just screamed and cheered when the torch runners run by. Oh and the millipede/centipede incident. Okay nvm too lazy to elaborate. Actually, I don't get what's so big about this whole torch running thingy. I mean, their running across the whole country, need NY create such a big fuss over it? Like all the UG marching and stuff. Oh but wait, apparently it ends in NY but that doesn't make any sense cause I thought it ends at Marina Bay. Ooh which reminds me, 4 Minute and Beast will be there! At Marina Bay for the YOG thingy! -screams-

FunFair preparation: We just set up our booths and decorate such as signboards, banners, etc.

Phew finally. I should go sleep early to prepare myself for 13-14hrs of hardcore selling, screaming, whatever. And ohmygee how the hell am I gonna lug 6 containers of brownies and a deep fryer to school. Plus I take the bus. Damn seems like I have to get Daphne's help again. Sigh.
