who says, who says you're not perfect, who says you're not worth it?

Yesterday was probably the most productive day of my entire life, really.

I completed: LA News Broadcast editing (animations, music, transitions, captions, subtitles, everything!), IH SIA Section C ( ._. I had to do from scratch thanks to procrastinating for the past few months), CL SIA (好人好事 + 感想), LA Social Issue Speech + Powerpoint. I don't even know how I did it! It's like, totally amazinggg. And I didn't even feel tired/dozed off halfway! Mmmmhmm I should embrace my new mugger self :D

Okay but yeah but today's like a total 180 degree change. I practically slacked the entire dayy. But I guess it isn't that bad since CSM is tmr = no school hip hip hooray! Actually, I'm in denial. IH SIA AND SCIENCE SIA DUE DATE NEXT MONDAY OMG WTF AM I DOING NOW.

You know we're just damn screwed. Like idk Science SIA's like practically blank other than the format and stuff (Thank youuu QY you have regained my trust in you ahaha okay kidding don't take that to heart). But other than that, we're more or less quite screwed. Make that VERY screwed ohmy. But, we'll find a way :)

So, today's pretty awesome. Cause I finished up all the stuff I needed to do that needs to be handed in today (I honestly didn't think I would make it, but I guess I really felt the sense of urgency last night)! Woohoo! And June/PQ/Crystal/WeiWen were pretty satisfied with the final product of our news broadcast :D

PE was damn slack. We were supposed to play captain's ball with a softball glove but JuneYu and I gave up halfway cause it was simply toooo boring. Then we went to try batting, which was quite fun actually.

Dance was aweshum. Except that I'm pretty sure I've permanently hurt my back cause it still hurts like crap when I bend my back. Then we re-practised our dance routine which we performed yesterday for Sec 2 dance comps. It was quite embarrassing dancing in front of like asmfbaobteob loads of people yesterday, but all the same, it was pretty fun! What matters is the process not the outcome/results, so yeah even though we didn't win anything, I'm pretty happy that we actually managed to come up with something. LOL I still remember two or three weeks back, Ms Chua was saying that we were hopeless and damn screwed for the comps 'cause we weren't even ready with the choreography of not even a third of the whole dance (Seriously, who the hell does she think she is?). Anywayy, today's dance practice was so much more fun! Even Chen LL could tell that we were somehow different from how we would normally rehearse, or how we performed yesterday, something about not being tied down anymoreee. And she said that she learnt a lot from our class woohoo. Quite sad that it was the last dance lesson ):

Recess was spent last minute mugging for Science SPA. Actually, SPA was pretty easy and fast-to-complete. So yeah most of us were stoning for like half the practical.

White Space: Spent the time rewatching our LA News Broadcast and laughing at all the silly bits. Hmm can't remember what else I did.

Chineseee was fine. Spent like more than half the lesson at the library borrowing this compulsory Chinese book that everyone has to borrow which even Chen laoshi said was quite boring. The book I mean. Then June, BaiHui and I were singing to We R Who We R (it's our dance routine song) and June even did some of the dance and he was staring at us weirdly. Oooh and, ahhaha, I didn't know that Ke$ha in Chinese is qian po (as in money$ -something, I'm not even sure if it's po or bo or blah) until BH/Chen LS said so. Hahah that's actually, quite hilarious. It's like, literal translation! Wouldn't it be like, ke2 sha1 or something?

LA was idkkk spent the whole time watching TED videos in preparation for our social issue speech on Monday. Ohmann it's 10% of the whole year (more acutally since LA's double weightage), I'd better not screw up omg.

Then we had our History Museum trip. Surprisingly, it was quite interesting! Oh but I didn't do the mega long worksheet 'cause I didn't think Mr Lee would collect. Apparently he's gonna collect next Mondayyy. Sian.

You know, I've been thinking a lot these days, about everything, especially about people changing. Last Fri, my LA group went to KAP Macs to discuss the news broadcast and stuff. And we digressed and started talking about how much people have changed in class, in school. And honestly, I feel kinda sad. Watching people whom I've known for a reasonably long time changing overnight. And idk I tend to look at certain peoples' bad points, overlooking their good points sometimes, and it's kinda frustrating trying to stop yourself from comparing that certain group of people to what they used to be. The most frustrating part? You know that their changed-selves aren't their true selves, and that they're changing and morphing into totally different people just to fit into what they think others want of them.

And yes I'm kinda scared I'm turning/I'll turn into one of them.

Okay yeah back to reality ): SIAs. Noo.
